His practice focuses on preserving wealth by delivering comprehensive, customized estate plans to individuals, couples, families, and business owners. Matthew is known for his thoughtful and attentive approach, listening closely to each client’s goals, dreams, and concerns to develop tailored planning solutions.

He provides guidance on entity structure, ownership transitions, and aligning business planning with personal, family, and legacy goals.

Mathew is licensed to practice law in both California and Texas. Matthew earned his Bachelor of Business Administration and Master in Professional Accounting degrees from the University of Texas at Austin, which consistently ranks as the top graduate accounting program in the nation. He received his Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law in Houston, where he served as Chief Note and Comment Editor on the Law Review.
